As of tomorrow morning I am working full time as a fashion photographer for an online boutique that caters to high end (read: out of my financial reach) couture.
I kick it off with two weeks as a contractor then fall into the full time position. How I got the job is long winded as it took applying twice, two interviews, a test shoot, rejection on the grounds of me being over qualified and then when their choice failed, they called me for help today.
Should be interesting and I will link to the store after my contracting period has passed. In the meantime, I am still going to be shooting each and every weekend Friday and Saturday nights at Club Blink and Club Trash. I'm hoping I can source a designated driver for this weekend as I will be shooting from 6pm till about 7am as I now often follow up the social pics with some quick fashion shots near the Story Bridge. (depending on who's still standing and if they are fresh enough to strike a pose without looking messy- LOL)
I'm now getting to advertise in house at both clubs on their projection screens. The pic below is what is being shown. (I hope the shrink function works on this blog)

... funny thing is... it did take a little bit of magic. I'd initially missed out on this job twice.
